We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Technical Building Management Manager to join our team in Surabaya. In this critical role, you will be the cornerstone of our property operations, responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, functionality, and operational readiness of all facilities. You will lead technical teams, oversee maintenance schedules, and implement best practices in building systems management to drive efficiency and uphold the highest standards of safety and comfort for all occupants.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong technical background in facility management, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, and a passion for operational excellence. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing building performance, managing vendor relationships, and leading capital improvement projects to ensure our properties remain top-tier assets.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee all technical aspects of building operations, including MEP systems, HVAC, and fire safety equipment.
- Develop and execute comprehensive preventative and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise on-site technical teams and outsourced facility service providers.
- Ensure full compliance with local building regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
- Monitor and optimize energy consumption and building utility performance to achieve cost-efficiency.
- Coordinate with stakeholders regarding building modifications, repairs, and capital improvement projects.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of operational performance, maintenance logs, and asset lifecycles.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil) or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical building management, property operations, or facility engineering.
- Proven expertise in managing complex building systems and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes, safety regulations, and OSHA/K3 standards.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and external contractors.
- Proficiency in Facility Management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Indonesian.
