Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and document complex business requirements for digital asset projects, ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks.
- Facilitate communication between technical developers and business stakeholders to translate needs into technical specifications.
- Conduct feasibility studies on emerging blockchain and DLT solutions to support sector-wide digital transformation.
- Develop detailed process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria for software development cycles.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital asset platforms to ensure operational excellence and scalability.
- Assist in the preparation of technical reports, briefing notes, and project documentation for management review.
- Participate in end-to-end testing phases to ensure system integrity and security compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within the fintech or banking sectors.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, and decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols.
- Proven ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Understanding of MAS regulatory standards or compliance requirements is highly advantageous.
