Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct end-to-end business analysis for insurance/healthcare systems including claims processing, member management, and digital health platforms
- Elicit, document, and validate business requirements through stakeholder workshops and interviews
- Perform gap analysis between current systems and business objectives, proposing technical solutions
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and functional specifications for development teams
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical solutions align with business goals and regulatory requirements
- Facilitate UAT sessions and coordinate system testing with business stakeholders
- Monitor project implementation and provide post-launch support to ensure solution effectiveness
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with insurance/healthcare domain exposure
- Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques (user stories, use cases, process modeling)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and requirement management tools
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations (PhilHealth, HMO compliance) and insurance workflows
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
- SQL proficiency and basic understanding of system integration concepts preferred
