Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a passion for InsurTech? Our client is seeking a high-caliber Technical Business Analyst to join their team in Singapore. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between complex business requirements and technical implementation within the Life Insurance domain.

You will translate intricate policy administration needs into actionable technical specifications, ensuring seamless system integration and optimal performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and document complex business requirements for LifeASIA platform enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify operational gaps and translate them into functional technical specifications.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business units and the technical development team.
- Manage end-to-end testing cycles, including UAT, to ensure system integrity and feature accuracy.
- Configure and troubleshoot LifeASIA modules to support evolving insurance product offerings.
- Lead workshops to gather requirements and present solutions to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with insurance industry standards and internal governance policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within the Life Insurance industry.
- Hands-on, deep expertise in the LifeASIA platform is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of policy administration systems, workflows, and life insurance product lifecycles.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Experience with SQL, XML, or other data manipulation tools for requirement validation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a multicultural environment.
