The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic sourcing, vendor relationship management, and maintaining an accurate database of industry partners. You will play a key role in negotiating contracts, evaluating supplier performance, and optimizing our purchasing processes to reduce costs while maintaining the high-quality standards Glacier Integrated Logistics Inc. is known for. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard potential suppliers for technical components and logistics materials.
- Develop and maintain a robust database of vendors, ensuring contact information and capability profiles are current.
- Lead negotiation efforts to secure competitive pricing, favorable payment terms, and optimized lead times.
- Analyze purchasing requirements and conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure procured items meet technical specifications and operational timelines.
- Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and conduct regular business reviews.
- Maintain compliance with internal procurement policies and international logistics standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical procurement, sourcing, or vendor management.
- Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain processes, and technical inventory requirements.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with ERP/procurement software.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage complex data sets.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
