ILO Construction, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Technical Buyer to join our dynamic team in Quezon City. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, ensuring that our project sites are always supplied with the essential machinery parts, motorpool supplies, and technical materials needed to keep our construction projects running smoothly.
As a Technical Buyer, you will manage end-to-end procurement processes, from vendor sourcing and canvassing to final negotiation and purchase order fulfillment. We are looking for someone who can balance cost-efficiency with quality, ensuring that our fleet remains operational through timely material acquisition. Tanggung Jawab
- Source and evaluate reliable suppliers for heavy machinery parts and industrial materials.
- Conduct regular canvassing to ensure competitive market pricing and quality assurance.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, from purchase request verification to delivery monitoring.
- Coordinate with the motorpool and project managers to anticipate supply needs and prevent operational downtime.
- Maintain an organized database of vendors, price lists, and procurement documentation.
- Negotiate payment terms and lead times to optimize company cash flow and project timelines.
- Perform quality inspections on delivered goods to ensure they meet technical specifications.
- Prepare periodic procurement reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in technical purchasing, preferably within the construction or transport industry.
- In-depth knowledge of heavy machinery parts and motorpool maintenance supplies.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel) and procurement software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a high-volume environment.
