As a Technical Call Centre Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing essential support and troubleshooting for technical inquiries. Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound inquiries regarding technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems based on IT and engineering principles.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex technical matters to the senior support team or relevant departments.
  • Provide clear and concise instructions to users to help them resolve technical difficulties.
  • Ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) regarding response times and resolution quality are met.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their issues have been fully resolved to their satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, or electrical components.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as no prior experience is required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • A proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn new technologies.
