Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct professional product demonstrations and application training for clients and internal sales teams.
  • Develop and innovate new menu concepts that highlight the unique value of our product portfolio.
  • Provide technical consultation to customers to optimize their recipes and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the R&D team to test new product developments and provide sensory feedback.
  • Manage inventory and ensure high standards of hygiene and safety in the test kitchen environment.
  • Stay current with global culinary trends to offer strategic menu-engineering advice to our clients.
  • Prepare detailed reports on product trials, feedback, and market performance.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in commercial kitchens, food manufacturing, or technical support roles.
  • Strong understanding of food science, ingredient functionality, and culinary techniques.
  • Proven track record in menu development and recipe costing.
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills for conducting live demos.
  • Ability to travel as required to support regional client operations.
  • Certification in Food Safety and Sanitation (HACCP knowledge is a plus).
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to business development.
