Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze complex client business requirements and translate them into robust technical specifications and system designs.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of technical solutions, ensuring they meet client expectations and industry standards.
- Conduct thorough system testing, validation, and quality assurance to guarantee optimal performance.
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions and workshops to end-users and stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption.
- Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and consultation to resolve system issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to align technical strategies with business objectives.
- Document technical processes, configurations, and user manuals for future reference and knowledge transfer.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience as a Technical Consultant, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), database management, and system architecture.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is considered a strong advantage.
