Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end System Deployment Services for utility sector projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Configure and manage complex server environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- Design and implement scalable network infrastructures to support business requirements and connectivity.
- Perform system installation, configuration, and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define technical requirements and solutions.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, including deployment logs, system diagrams, and configuration guides.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to optimize IT operations and uptime.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in System Deployment, Server Administration, and IT Infrastructure management.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and hardware (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, Switching/Routing).
- Familiarity with utility sector or industrial systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a contract setting.
- Valid IT certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE, or equivalent) are a significant advantage.
