Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide high-quality technical support and customer service via phone, chat, and email channels.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues for consumer accounts.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Educate customers on product features and best practices to enhance their overall user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex technical concerns to the appropriate departments.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on new product releases and support protocols.

Kualifikasi

  • Educational background of at least Senior High School graduate or completed at least 2 years in college.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or technical support role is highly preferred.
  • Strong technical aptitude with a working knowledge of consumer electronics and operating systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
