Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate renovation projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely execution within budget constraints
- Oversee daily site operations including subcontractor scheduling, resource allocation, and material management

- Maintain accurate project documentation including progress reports, safety logs, and compliance records
- Liaise between stakeholders including contractors, suppliers, and clients to resolve technical issues

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in renovation project coordination

- Certification in construction safety (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) preferred
