Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to ensure project alignment.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations using agile methodologies.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure successful delivery.
- Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings, providing clear and concise status updates and reports.
- Ensure quality assurance standards are met throughout the development process.
- Drive process improvements and best practices for delivery management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Technical Delivery, Project Management, or Program Management.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or Confluence.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience working in a client-facing role within the IT industry is highly preferred.
