Kualifikasi
- 5+ years in technical delivery management with core banking experience
- Proven track record in deposits system modernization projects
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies with PMP certification preferred
- Strong background in financial services technology ecosystems
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience leading remote teams across multiple time zones
- Deep understanding of banking compliance requirements (e.g., BSP regulations)
