Are you an experienced Technical Delivery Manager looking to drive impactful solutions in a dynamic environment? We Support Inc. is seeking a results-driven professional to join our Solutions Delivery Department in Bonifacio Global City. In this role, you will work under the direction of the Department Head to oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals, timelines, and quality standards.
As our Technical Delivery Manager, you will act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders. You will be responsible for orchestrating workflows, mitigating delivery risks, and fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. We are looking for someone with a strong technical background who excels at project governance and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative workspace.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full project delivery lifecycle from initiation through to deployment and post-implementation review.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, resource requirements, and delivery milestones.
- Drive the execution of technical solutions, ensuring alignment with architectural guidelines and business objectives.
- Monitor and track project progress, providing regular reports on performance, risks, and resource utilization to the Department Head.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication between engineering teams, product managers, and client representatives.
- Implement and maintain robust project governance processes to ensure high-quality, scalable deliveries.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks and implement effective mitigation strategies to keep projects on schedule.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical project management, software delivery, or IT operations.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional technical teams.
- Deep understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) and project management software (Jira, Confluence, Asana).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a technical mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a professional corporate setting.
- Ability to work independently under general supervision while maintaining high standards of delivery.
