Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery, ensuring strict adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment and driving high performance.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical engineers, designers, and non-technical stakeholders to align expectations.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies to ensure smooth project execution.
- Implement and maintain Agile project management frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Monitor project progress using KPIs and dashboards, providing clear status reports to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and product quality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Technical Delivery Manager or Project Management role.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Proven experience managing technical teams and resolving complex engineering challenges.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
