Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of multi-platform solutions, ensuring strict alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
- Manage project lifecycles from initiation through to closure, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA engineers, and product owners, to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Ensure timely and high-quality technical outputs by enforcing rigorous quality assurance processes and best practices.
- Communicate project status, risks, and blockers effectively to stakeholders and senior management.
- Implement and enforce Agile/Scrum methodologies to enhance team productivity and delivery speed.
- Drive process improvements and optimize delivery workflows to reduce time-to-market for new features.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or Program Manager in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to risk management and issue resolution.
