The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) is seeking a high-caliber Technical Delivery / Project Deputy Director on a contract basis to spearhead the comprehensive redesign and modernization of our critical trade management systems.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex trade management system redesign projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery within defined constraints.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and security teams to define technical requirements and architectural standards.
- Oversee the modernization of legacy infrastructure into a cloud-ready, agile, and high-performance environment.
- Mitigate project risks by implementing proactive governance, rigorous quality assurance, and robust disaster recovery protocols.
- Provide strategic oversight on vendor management and third-party integration initiatives.
- Mentor project managers and technical leads, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in technical project management or software delivery, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale system migrations or complex enterprise software redesigns.
- Strong technical background with knowledge of modern software development life cycles (SDLC), cloud architecture, and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical leadership.
- Experience in managing large-scale, distributed teams in an agile delivery environment.
- Relevant professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master are highly advantageous.
