Are you a detail-oriented designer with a passion for commercial interiors? J&J Global Lifestyle Corp. is seeking a talented Technical Design Associate to join our dynamic team in Cebu City. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in bridging the gap between innovative design concepts and B2B sales execution.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our sales department to translate client visions into actionable technical documents. You will be responsible for creating detailed floor plans, space layouts, and Bill of Materials (BOMs) that ensure our commercial fit-out projects are delivered with precision and excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop accurate technical drawings, space plans, and interior layouts for commercial fit-out projects.
- Generate comprehensive Bill of Materials (BOMs) and precise cost estimates for furniture and equipment.
- Collaborate with the B2B Sales team to prepare compelling product proposals and technical presentations for prospective clients.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure design specifications are met during the procurement process.
- Maintain an organized library of furniture models, material swatches, and technical specifications.
- Assist in site visits and measurements to ensure architectural accuracy in all design outputs.
- Ensure all design documentation complies with local building standards and corporate quality guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical drafting or space planning, ideally within commercial or furniture design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar industry-standard design and drafting software.
- Strong understanding of furniture ergonomics, spatial planning, and building codes.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for sales stakeholders and clients.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently or as part of a high-performing team.
