As part of our dynamic engineering department, you will utilize the latest design software to develop models, optimize systems, and ensure that our delivery standards remain industry-leading. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot challenges and provide advanced technical guidance.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed technical designs, drawings, and specifications for engineering projects using CAD software.
- Analyze project requirements and translate them into feasible, efficient, and cost-effective design solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and project management, to ensure seamless execution.
- Conduct design reviews and simulations to identify potential bottlenecks or performance optimizations.
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members and onsite staff during the implementation phase.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our design methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in a technical design or drafting role.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar 3D modeling tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
