Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and prepare detailed technical drawings, floor plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to translate creative concepts into accurate technical specifications.
- Conduct site measurements and inspections to verify design feasibility and compliance with site conditions.
- Create material boards, product specifications, and 3D visualizations to support client presentations.
- Ensure all technical documentation complies with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Manage project documentation, including files, revisions, and technical reports.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents and cost estimates for design projects.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical design, architectural detailing, or interior design.
- Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A portfolio demonstrating technical drawing skills and project experience.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict project deadlines.
