Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and collaborate with Sr./Jr. Architects/Designers in the production of rough sketches
- Utilize CAD software to prepare detailed general plans and technical drawings
- Develop comprehensive design documentation that adheres to industry standards
- Review and modify designs based on feedback and project requirements
- Ensure all technical aspects comply with building codes and regulations
- Participate in design review meetings and provide technical insights
- Assist in the preparation of bid documents and construction drawings
- Maintain accurate records of design changes and revisions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar)
- Experience in architectural design and technical documentation
- Strong attention to detail and precision in design work
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of building codes and construction regulations
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience in the construction industry is preferred
