As the key technical specialist for our cabinetry division, you will be responsible for transforming innovative design concepts into precise, manufacturing-ready technical drawings and specifications. You will serve as the vital link between our creative design team and our state-of-the-art production facility, ensuring every project—from high-end residential kitchens and wardrobes to large-scale commercial joinery—is executed with flawless precision.

Tanggung Jawab
- Create detailed shop drawings, elevations, and 3D models for modular cabinets using AutoCAD and other design software.
- Develop comprehensive cutting lists, Bill of Materials (BOM), and precise assembly instructions for the production team.
- Collaborate with interior designers and architects to translate conceptual designs into manufacturing-ready technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough site measurements and field verifications to ensure seamless fit-out and installation.
- Select, specify, and source appropriate materials, hardware, finishes, and fittings to meet design intent and budget.
- Coordinate closely with the production and installation teams to resolve on-site fabrication and assembly issues.
- Maintain organized project documentation, track revisions, and ensure clear communication of changes across all teams.
- Ensure all designs strictly adhere to company quality benchmarks, industry building codes, and client requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Technical Designer or Draftsperson specializing in modular cabinetry and joinery.
- Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; experience with SketchUp, Cabinet Vision, or SolidWorks is a strong advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of cabinet construction methods, joinery techniques, materials (laminates, veneers, solid wood), and hardware.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong mathematical, analytical, and spatial reasoning abilities.
- Proven ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and engineering blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino, with a strong ability to collaborate across departments.
