- Design, develop, and implement robust technical solutions and system enhancements.
- Conduct thorough system verification, testing, and quality assurance processes to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and product teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into technical specifications.
- Lead and support the deployment, integration, and maintenance of new features, applications, and infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues and system malfunctions efficiently.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications and operational guides.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior engineers when applicable.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in technical development, software engineering, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript) and relevant development frameworks.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, particularly Agile/Scrum.
- Experience with system architecture, database management, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to perform rigorous verification and testing procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
