Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, develop, organize, and edit operational procedures and technical manuals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture technical specifications and translate them into clear user guides.
- Maintain and update existing documentation libraries to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Create high-quality visual aids, including diagrams, charts, and flowcharts to simplify complex information.
- Manage the documentation review process, incorporating feedback from subject matter experts.
- Standardize documentation templates to ensure brand consistency across all technical collateral.
- Conduct periodic audits of technical content to identify and address information gaps.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical writing or documentation management.
- Exceptional command of written English with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
- Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or MS Word/SharePoint).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Experience in the gaming or manufacturing industry is a significant advantage.
