Tanggung Jawab
- Create detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics using AutoCAD or other CAD software.
- Interpret complex engineering specifications and convert them into visual plans.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure accuracy in designs.
- Revise and update existing drawings based on feedback or project changes.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and as-built drawings.
- Ensure all technical drawings comply with local building codes and safety standards.
- Assist in the preparation of material takeoffs and quantity surveys.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Drafter or similar role in the construction or design industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools).
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interpret verbal and written instructions.
- Basic understanding of 3D modeling principles is a plus.
