Are you a detail-oriented Technical Draftsperson looking to join a leading construction firm? Signature International Berhad is seeking a skilled professional to support our site execution team by producing high-quality 2D architectural and M&E (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) drawings. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring constructability and precise coordination between various stakeholders.

Tanggung Jawab
- Produce accurate 2D architectural and M&E drawings for site execution.
- Ensure all drawings meet constructability standards and project requirements.
- Coordinate drawings with engineers and other stakeholders to avoid conflicts.
- Revise and update existing drawings based on technical feedback.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with engineering codes.
- Assist in the preparation of tender drawings and as-built records.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience in producing 2D M&E and architectural drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant drafting software.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian building codes and construction standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
