We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Education and Skills Development Specialist II to join our team in the Ilocos Region. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of technical-vocational education and training (TVET) programs. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between industry requirements and educational standards, ensuring that our programs remain competitive and relevant.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, develop, and monitor competency-based training programs across the Ilocos Region.
- Provide technical guidance and support to accredited technical-vocational institutions to ensure compliance with standards.
- Coordinate with industry partners to identify emerging skill gaps and integrate them into existing training curricula.
- Facilitate the accreditation and monitoring of assessment centers to maintain high-quality certification standards.
- Conduct research and data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of regional technical education programs.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and policy recommendations for regional development initiatives.
- Participate in community outreach programs to promote technical education and career development opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Engineering, Public Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in technical education, training administration, or vocational curriculum development.
- Strong understanding of Philippine TVET (Technical Vocational Education and Training) policies and standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and office productivity software.
- Ability to work independently and travel within the Ilocos Region as required.
- Professional license (e.g., LET) or TESDA-related certifications are highly preferred.
