Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement technical training programs that align with national competency standards and industry requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of training outputs to ensure compliance with TESDA policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with industry partners, Local Government Units (LGUs), and educational institutions to establish apprenticeship and On-the-Job Training (OJT) programs.
- Prepare and manage project proposals, work plans, and budget utilization for technical education projects.
- Conduct research and studies on emerging trends in technical education to enhance curriculum relevance.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for instructors, trainers, and industry personnel.
- Ensure strict adherence to government rules, regulations, and the Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Education, Technical Education, or any related field.
- At least three (3) to five (5) years of relevant work experience in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET).
- Active membership or registration with a recognized professional regulatory body (e.g., PRC) is an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer operations.
- Thorough knowledge of the Technical Education and Skills Development Act of 1994 and its implementing rules.
- Willingness to travel within the Bicol Region and perform field work as needed.
