Tanggung Jawab
- Study and analyze customer specifications and requirements for electric motor modifications
- Design and develop new electric motor configurations and modification solutions
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, schematics, and engineering documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and sales departments
- Conduct testing and validation of motor designs to ensure compliance with standards
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to production teams
- Maintain accurate engineering records and design change documentation
- Ensure all motor designs comply with relevant industry standards and safety regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in electric motor design or similar technical engineering role
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar)
- Strong understanding of electrical motor principles, construction, and specifications
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials used in motor production
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
