Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing systems, equipment, and facilities to enhance productivity and safety.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for equipment failures and process deviations.
- Prepare and manage technical documentation, including blueprints, layouts, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes or machinery.
- Monitor and maintain industrial equipment, scheduling preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Evaluate current facility layout and recommend improvements for material flow and space utilization.
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors for the procurement and installation of specialized equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Licensed Engineer (preferred) or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering role.
- Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, automation systems, and facility management.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and engineering analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for cross-functional collaboration.
- Willingness to work in Rosario, Cavite, and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
