Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain technical equipment to ensure optimal operational uptime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical malfunctions, implementing effective repairs and solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to review technical drawings and project specifications.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulatory standards within the facility.
- Assist in the installation, commissioning, and testing of new technical systems.
- Maintain accurate logs of technical activities, maintenance schedules, and inventory updates.
- Provide technical support and guidance to operational staff when required.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.
- Proven experience in a technical or mechanical engineering role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, schematics, and engineering documentation.
- Working knowledge of industrial safety standards and risk assessment procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- Ability to adapt to rotating shifts or handle emergency maintenance if necessary.
- Strong computer literacy, including experience with maintenance management software or MS Office.
