Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive after-sales technical support to ensure optimal product performance.
- Perform precise installation and calibration of technical equipment at client sites.
- Conduct systematic troubleshooting to identify, document, and resolve hardware or software malfunctions.
- Develop and deliver professional training programs to clients regarding product operation and maintenance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex technical issues and provide feedback for product improvements.
- Maintain detailed service logs and technical documentation for all interventions.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and quality protocols during all onsite activities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field).
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or field service role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Proficiency in using calibration tools, diagnostic software, and testing equipment.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Possession of a valid driver's license is a plus for field-based duties.
