We offer a competitive monthly salary package ranging from $3,700 to $4,007, commensurate with experience, along with performance bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the project management and technical execution of government-critical infrastructure projects.
- Perform on-site installation, configuration, and commissioning of network, server, and security hardware.
- Conduct system integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure incidents.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including network diagrams, SOPs, and asset inventories.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure adherence to project timelines and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with government cybersecurity policies and best practices.
- Participate in disaster recovery drills and maintain business continuity protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Technical Engineer or Network Engineer, preferably in a government or MNC environment.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of routing and switching (Cisco/Juniper), firewalls (Fortinet/Palo Alto), and wireless networking.
- Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, PCNSA, or equivalent are highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMP, CITPM, Agile) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with stakeholders.
- Must be willing to undergo security clearance (Singapore Citizen preferred).
