Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and commission marine electronic systems and software solutions for clients in the Subic Bay region.
- Provide world-class technical support and troubleshooting for complex marine automation and navigation systems.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on installed systems, ensuring high operational uptime and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering team in Malmö, Sweden, to resolve technical issues and implement system upgrades.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, service documentation, and system performance analyses.
- Conduct on-site training for clients on the proper operation and basic troubleshooting of installed systems.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate logistics for service operations.
- Ensure all work complies with company quality standards, safety regulations, and ISO procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a technical support or field service engineering role, preferably in the marine or industrial automation sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (ability to interact daily with the Swedish headquarters is required).
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and software debugging applications.
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally for service assignments as needed.
- Knowledge of PLC programming, automation systems, and network protocols (TCP/IP, Modbus) is a strong advantage.
