Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-level and second-level technical support to users, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Perform routine system maintenance, including updates, patches, and backups, to ensure system stability and security.
- Monitor network and system performance, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues before they impact operations.
- Document all technical procedures, solutions, and configurations accurately for knowledge management and future reference.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to implement new technical solutions and improve existing infrastructure.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and deployment of new IT equipment and software applications.
- Participate in on-call rotations or after-hours support as needed to address critical incidents.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in a technical support, IT helpdesk, or engineering role.
- Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS), networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and common office applications.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills with a methodical approach.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely to non-technical users.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira Service Desk, Zendesk) and remote support tools is a plus.
