Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical support and consultation to customers regarding HVAC actuator, valve, and sensor applications.
- Conduct site visits to troubleshoot technical issues and offer on-site engineering recommendations.
- Assist in the design and integration of Belimo products into existing and new building management systems (BMS).
- Develop and deliver technical training sessions for partners, consultants, and contractors.
- Monitor product performance and provide detailed reports to the regional engineering team.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical input for project tenders and technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with international safety and quality standards across all projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the HVAC, Building Automation, or industrial control industry.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, wiring diagrams, and HVAC system schematics.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.
- Willingness to travel locally to client sites for technical inspections and support.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to engineering problem-solving.
