Tanggung Jawab
- Provide on-site and remote technical troubleshooting for battery systems and related equipment
- Develop and deliver comprehensive product training programs for internal teams and clients
- Analyze product performance data to identify recurring technical issues and implement corrective actions
- Create detailed technical documentation including service reports, manuals, and improvement proposals
- Coordinate with R&D department to communicate field observations and enhance product design
- Manage customer relationships through regular technical consultations and system audits
- Maintain inventory of technical spare parts and coordinate maintenance schedules
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or engineering role
- Strong diagnostic skills with proficiency in testing battery systems and electrical components
- Excellent communication abilities for technical training and customer interactions
- Working knowledge of ISO standards and safety protocols for battery systems
- Proficiency in technical documentation software and data analysis tools
- Valid driver's license for field service requirements
- Experience in energy storage or battery manufacturing industry preferred
