We are seeking a skilled Chemical Engineer to provide critical technical support and expertise for our Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) projects. In this role, you will bridge the gap between engineering design and operational execution, ensuring that our factory infrastructure meets the highest standards of efficiency, safety, and productivity. You will be deeply involved in the planning, design, and implementation of new machinery and systems that drive our sugar production capabilities. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the technical planning and execution of CAPEX projects within the sugar milling factory.
- Conduct feasibility studies and engineering analyses for new equipment and plant modifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Oversee the installation, commissioning, and start-up of new machinery and systems.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance planning to minimize operational downtime.
- Ensure all engineering activities comply with local regulations and company safety standards.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and support during peak production seasons.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sugar milling, chemical processing, or heavy manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of CAPEX project management and engineering principles.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or SAP.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license for Chemical Engineers.
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead technical teams effectively.
