Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues for enterprise clients through systematic troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Design and implement tailored technical solutions that align with client business objectives and system requirements
- Lead end-to-end solution delivery including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation and knowledge base articles for client training and reference
- Collaborate with product engineering teams to communicate client feedback and influence product improvements
- Proactively monitor client systems to identify optimization opportunities and prevent technical disruptions
- Conduct periodic technical reviews and health assessments to ensure solution longevity and performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in technical support, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical roles
- Proficiency in system diagnostics, network troubleshooting, and enterprise software integration
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and virtualization technologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., CCNA, AWS Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure) preferred
- Proven track record of managing technical projects with emphasis on client satisfaction and SLA adherence
