As a Technical Engineer in our Cagayan de Oro office, you will be responsible for designing, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting various ELV systems including Fire Detection and Alarm Systems (FDAS), access control systems, Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) networks, and paging/intercom systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, install, configure, and maintain ELV systems including Fire Detection and Alarm Systems (FDAS), access control systems, CCTV networks, and paging/intercom systems
- Conduct regular system inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in ELV systems, minimizing downtime and ensuring continuous operation
- Prepare technical documentation, including system schematics, installation guides, and maintenance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, contractors, and clients to deliver integrated building technology solutions
- Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory requirements in ELV systems
- Provide technical training and support to junior technicians and end-users
- Ensure all installations and maintenance activities adhere to company standards, safety protocols, and local regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in designing, installing, and maintaining ELV systems (FDAS, ACCESS, CCTV, PAGING)
- Strong technical knowledge of ELV systems and components, including troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Certification in relevant ELV systems (e.g., Fire Alarm Systems, CCTV, Access Control) is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and relevant software for system design and monitoring
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required
