Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee garment production processes to ensure technical compliance with quality standards and specifications
- Develop and implement engineering solutions to optimize manufacturing efficiency and reduce production costs
- Conduct technical audits and root cause analysis for production defects and quality issues
- Collaborate with design teams to translate technical requirements into feasible production workflows
- Train production staff on technical procedures and equipment operation
- Manage technical documentation including process flowcharts, SOPs, and quality control protocols
- Stay updated on emerging garment technologies and industry innovations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in garment manufacturing technical engineering
- Proficiency in garment production processes and quality control systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Familiarity with CAD software and garment engineering tools
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Certification in quality management systems (ISO 9001) is advantageous
