PT Fanah Jaya Maindo is seeking a highly skilled Technical Engineer specializing in Industrial Automation to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Pusat. In this role, you will be at the forefront of implementing and maintaining advanced automation systems that power our core industrial operations.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of complex electromechanical systems, including PLC programming, instrumentation, and robotics. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our machinery, troubleshooting critical system faults, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies that improve production throughput and system reliability. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, program, and commission PLC-based control systems for industrial machinery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to instrumentation, sensors, and pneumatic systems.
- Manage the preventative maintenance schedule for mechanical and robotic assets to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to design and implement upgrades to existing automation infrastructure.
- Ensure all technical operations adhere to international safety standards and operational protocols.
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff on system operation and maintenance procedures.
- Document all technical configurations, maintenance logs, and process changes accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in industrial automation and control systems.
- Expertise in PLC programming (Siemens, Omron, or Mitsubishi preferred).
- Strong proficiency in troubleshooting pneumatic systems and mechanical assemblies.
- Solid understanding of robotic systems integration and industrial instrumentation.
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- High attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional working proficiency in English.
