- Manage and optimize Learning Management Systems (LMS) for scalability, security, and user accessibility
- Configure, integrate, and maintain digital learning platforms with existing IT infrastructure
- Develop and implement automated workflows for content deployment and user management
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and deploy timely solutions
- Monitor system analytics to identify performance bottlenecks and user engagement trends
- Collaborate with instructional designers to align technical capabilities with pedagogical requirements
- Document system architecture, processes, and user guides for knowledge transfer
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard, Cornerstone)
- Proficiency in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and API integration
- Strong understanding of database management and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Experience with SCORM/xAPI standards and e-learning content development tools
- Certification in LMS administration or project management (PMP/Prince2) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work under tight deadlines
