Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive technical plans for lighting project installations.
- Analyze blueprints and electrical schematics to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to maintain project timelines.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control audits to ensure safety and system performance.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for onsite installation challenges.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, progress reports, and project closure dossiers.
- Manage equipment procurement and inventory specific to lighting hardware and control systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in lighting, electrical installation, or construction project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, DIALux, or similar lighting design and simulation software.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian electrical safety standards and building regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to perform under tight project deadlines.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is highly desirable.
