- Monitor and manage enterprise network operations using NetScout tools to ensure optimal performance and uptime
- Proactively identify and resolve network performance issues, minimizing service disruptions
- Analyze network traffic patterns and implement optimization strategies for critical systems
- Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot complex network problems and implement solutions
- Document network incidents, configurations, and procedures for operational continuity
- Support network infrastructure including routers, switches, and related hardware
- Stay updated with emerging network technologies and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in network operations or technical support
- Proficiency with NetScout or similar network monitoring tools
- Strong understanding of enterprise network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with network troubleshooting methodologies
- Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+) preferred
- Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF) and security principles
