Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and inspections on technical infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support to internal stakeholders and clients, resolving complex issues efficiently.
- Assist engineering teams with project implementation, testing, and deployment activities.
- Handle and manage technical escalations, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing downtime.
- Document technical procedures, system configurations, and incident reports accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and technical solutions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of non-Unix environments and emerging technologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Engineer or in a similar IT support role.
- Strong knowledge of non-Unix operating systems and infrastructure management.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, CCNA) are a plus.
