In this pivotal role, you will be the technical face of our engineering solutions, driving product success through expert presentations and comprehensive training. You will be responsible for designing robust PLC programming solutions and configuring complex servo motion systems to meet the highest industry standards. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge in automation and motion control, ensuring that our systems are not only set up correctly but also fine-tuned for optimal performance and reliability. You will work closely with both the sales and engineering departments to deliver on-site technical support, solve intricate automation challenges, and ensure total customer satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, program, and troubleshoot PLC-based automation systems to ensure operational efficiency and system integrity.
- Configure and tune servo motors and advanced motion control systems for precise positioning and high-speed performance.
- Conduct professional technical product presentations and deliver hands-on training sessions for clients and internal teams.
- Provide on-site technical support and engineering solutions for customer projects, including installation and commissioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate motion control solutions into larger industrial automation projects.
- Perform system diagnostics, maintenance, and continuous improvement of existing systems to minimize downtime.
- Document technical specifications, PLC code, and process workflows to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Control Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in PLC programming and Motion Control systems.
- Strong expertise in Servo motor setup, configuration, and tuning (e.g., Panasonic, Yaskawa, Siemens, or equivalent).
- Proficiency in HMI/SCADA programming and system integration using industry-standard software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues under pressure.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively train clients and collaborate with engineering teams.
- Valid driver's license is preferred for frequent on-site travel to client sites in Perai and Penang.
