Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert technical consulting and support to customers within the pulp and paper manufacturing sector.
- Coordinate and execute on-site product trials, collecting and analyzing performance data to validate solutions.
- Support clients in process optimization, troubleshooting, and improving yield and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Sales and R&D teams to identify new opportunities for product application and innovation.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and presentations for clients based on trial results and process audits.
- Monitor chemical usage rates and ensure optimal dosage and implementation methods are maintained.
- Conduct regular training sessions for client plant operators on product safety and handling protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Pulp and Paper Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant technical experience in the pulp and paper industry.
- Deep understanding of wet-end chemistry, paper machine operations, and effluent treatment processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders.
- High level of mobility, with willingness to travel frequently to customer sites across the region.
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English; technical proficiency in MS Office suite.
