Tanggung Jawab
- Provide L3 technical support for Red Hat OpenShift environments and related technologies
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, ensuring minimal downtime for critical business applications
- Implement and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance Red Hat infrastructure solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy cloud-native applications on OpenShift
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategies
- Document technical procedures, configurations, and knowledge base articles
- Stay updated with the latest Red Hat technologies and best practices
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of experience as a Red Hat Engineer with OpenShift expertise
- Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and enterprise environments
- Experience with containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes
- Certification in Red Hat OpenShift or related technologies is highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with automation tools and infrastructure as code (IaC) practices
- Relevant degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
